Returns or Refunds We’re confident you’ll love your MILITEX watch. In fact, we’re so confident that we offer a two-week inspection period with every purchase. If, within 28 days, you’re not completely head-over-wrist in love with your investment, you can return it—at your own expense—provided the watch has never been removed from its original packaging and is in the exact condition it arrived in. To initiate a return, simply email us at info@militexwatches.com or use the form below. We’ll send you a return form to complete and include with your watch.
Warranty or service queries We’re proud to offer exceptional aftersales support, with a guaranteed 48-hour turnaround on all warranty claims — no exceptions, no delays. Your trust and satisfaction aren’t just important to us — they’re the foundation of everything we do. Every MILITEX watch comes with a full 1-year International warranty, automatically activated from the date of purchase. Inside your box, you’ll find a warranty card with your order number—your warranty details are also securely stored in our system from the moment you check out. In the unlikely event that there is a problem or defect with your watch upon receipt of your watch, we will guarantee a repair or replacement and turnaround within 48 hours upon receiving your watch. What’s Covered: You’re covered for one year against any material or manufacturing defects. What’s Not Covered: The return postage to us. This is the customer's responsibility. We’re afraid your warranty doesn’t cover: Damage caused by drunken escapades, run-ins with wild animals (or overly feisty house cats) Normal wear and tear Accidental or deliberate impacts (seriously, why would you?) Negligence—including, but not limited to, scratches, chipped crystals, or worn DLC coatings Water damage due to improper use of screw-down crowns We reserve the right to deny water damage claims if pressure testing shows the watch’s seals weren’t compromised.
